Indian Black Berry or Jamun help you lot in diabetes. Garlic

Garlic is helpful in controlling blood diabetes as it increases the secretion of insulin. Uses of garlic in daily life will give you good result in diabetes. It also helps to keep the low level of cholesterol.

Azadirachta indica Or Neem

Neem has rich anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. Uses of Neem reduce the insulin requirement in the body that help to the diabetic patient.

Guavas Fruit

Guava fruit rich in vitamin C. It is also high fibers fruit. It helps to maintain the glucose level of the body.

Mango Leaves

Put mango leaves in water at night and consume them in the morning when you are the empty stomach. You can also use mango leaves by making its powder, dry up mango leaves and store them. Use this powder twice in a day you will find the better result.

Bitter Gourd

Bitter Gourd helps you increase pancreatic insulin secretion and prevents insulin resistance. To get the better result from this drink its juice in every morning when having the empty stomach. You can also eat the dish made of bitter gourd.

Grape Seed
